Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping:
Where possible, all orders will be packaged using recycled and recyclable materials. We will reuse boxes and bubble wrap where possible, and where not possible we have sourced recycled boxes and at-home biodegradable bubble wrap from Hero Packaging. The majority of our padded mailers are also recyclable and are sourced from Heaps Good Packaging.
All orders will be shipped by the next business day, with same day shipping available for orders made before 11:00AM (local Sydney time). Please note, orders made between the 17th and 19th of September will be shipped on September 20th.
Australia:
Natsukashii Retro offers free standard shipping with tracking for Australia on orders over $100.00 AUD.
Orders under $100.00 AUD will be charged a flat rate of $10.00 AUD for standard shipping costs or $20.00 AUD for express shipping.
New Zealand:
Natsukashii Retro charges a standard flat rate of $10.00 AUD for all orders to New Zealand.
International:
Natsukashii Retro offers $30.00 AUD flat rate standard shipping with tracking for orders outside of Australia. Please allow three weeks to receive your item. We appreciate your patience as delays are out of our control once we have posted the item.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account any possible delays including those due to payment authorisation, customs delays or natural disasters.
Returns:
At Natsukashii Retro, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality retro products and excellent service. Due to the second-hand nature of the products, all sales are final.
All attempts are made to be clear and transparent regarding the condition of the items. Please review all photos and the product description before placing your order, and if you need more information or images feel free to reach out and we will respond within 24 hours.
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged further than described on the product page, please contact our Customer Service team within two days of receiving the product.
We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will either offer an equal value exchange or issue a refund, at our discretion. In these instances, return postage and handling costs are at the expense of the customer.
